Нещодавно НАБУ і САП представили результати діяльності за півріччя як історію успіху: резонансні викриття, десятки справ і мільярди гривень "економічного ефекту". Та чи дає обраний формат змогу оцінити їхню реальну роботу? Спробуємо розібратися.
В Україні система публічних закупівель стала формальною оболонкою: держава не бачить повного обсягу витрат, а переважна більшість процедур, які називають конкурентними, не є такими по суті. При цьому офіційна статистика радше маскує наявні проблеми, ніж дає основу для їх усунення, що є прямим викликом євроінтеграції.
Наприкінці 2026 року міжнародну правничу спільноту очікує подія, значення якої важко переоцінити. Вперше за багато років орган, який є єдиним механізмом правового захисту особи від зловживань каналами Інтерполу, оновлюватиметься одночасно й у повному складі.
Ліквідація банку не означає, що всі його борги погашаються виключно за встановленою законом черговістю. Деякі витрати, без яких неможливі управління активами, їх збереження чи реалізація, можуть оплачуватися поза нею. Але де проходить межа між звичайною кредиторською вимогою і витратою, необхідною для ліквідації, та чим контрагент має довести право на пріоритетну оплату? 
Судова система залишається недофінансованою, працює з відчутним кадровим дефіцитом і має невирішені соціальні питання. Водночас надходження від судового збору перевищилиплан, а серед майбутніх пріоритетів з’являються рішення з використанням штучного інтелекту
